My expertise lies in identifying high-potential multifamily assets, structuring deals, and implementing value-add strategies to maximize returns for investors. I'm passionate about building long-term wealth through real estate and helping others achieve financial freedom through smart, data-driven investments.
When not analyzing deals or expanding Skycap Investments portfolio, I enjoy spending quality time with my boys, engaging in creative activities, and fostering a well-balanced, screen-free lifestyle for my growing family.

As a proud Floridian of over 30 years, I’ve built a strong network in the industry, leveraging my charisma and expertise to foster lucrative opportunities.
Beyond real estate, I’m a devoted family person, soon to be part of a family of three, and I have a deep passion for music that fuels my creativity and drive.
